I have been trying to force myself to try out Trader Joe's Tilapia FOREVER! At lest for 6 months I've been trying to make myself buy, and cook it. I don't have a fear of cooking fish, but most of the fish I have cooked is fresh. I have been blessed knowing several people who are deep sea fishermen and women. So every time I have had the chance to cook it the fish has always been fresh off the boat and AMAZING!!! But lately I have COMPLETELY exhausted my protein options. So all I did was throw the defrosted fish (take out of the freezer and stick in the fridge for a day don't rush the defrost you will thank me in the end), on a baking sheet with foil under it. Squeeze lime on one side, then shake some of Trader Joes 21 Seasoning Salute on it. Turn it over and do the same to the other side. Then stick another sheet of foil on top, and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. At ten minutes I turn the fish over. Super easy, and super yummy!!!
