I needed some quick yummy things to bring over to a friends house last Saturday. Since the Thanksgiving cooking may lay had just finished I wanted something fun to make so I wasn't stuck in the kitchen again. Also, it was requested that I bring something both chocolaty and peanut buttery, and I have to admit those two combinations are not in my cooking arsenal. But I do have a very close friend who is also into this so I hit pinterest hard to find such an amazing concoction, and found this Reese's peanut butter cookie creation, and it was a HUGE hit even with me. I am not super into peanut butter, especially in desserts, but I will be making this one again for sure. And super easy is an absolute bonus! I did do one tiny thing different and that it put them in larger cupcake liners and a muffin tin so there would be more cookie around the peanut butter cup which I was very happy with. Remember to heat them up in the microwave for 20 seconds if you aren't serving them right out of the oven to make them extra gooey.
Welcome to my little corner of the internet. This is my space where I can showcase my obsession with paper crafting, and a few products I've cooked up along the way. Thank you so much for stopping by.
