So I think I've found something that I've been looking for, for a long time. My quest has been for some sort of exercise that doesn't feel like exercise, more like dance. Something that has a strong yoga base, that I can do at home. It has to focus on stretching, and something that doesn't use equipment so that whenever I feel like I need to take a break, and just shake my stress out I can. I have a very strong dance background, and before my current job my work has always been very physical. Now both my work and all of my hobbies are sedentary so I need something that makes me want to get up and shake my money maker. Well last night I found this thing called Buti Fitness by Buzzie Gold. She defines Buti as a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. It looks hard, but it also looks like it's something that if you stick with it for a little bit it's doable and fun. I've almost decided to make it my personal goal to see if I can do one of these videos a day this year. I'll keep you updated on my progress. Here is a link to some of her videos on her site.
